Chiapas through the lens: Celebrating culture and supporting education

“Chiapas Through the Lens: Celebrating Culture and Supporting Education” is an immersive art exhibition that highlights the vibrant culture of Chiapas and the transformative work of Foundation Escalera. The event will be divided into three engaging sections:

1. Photographs Exhibition: Showcasing Foundation Escalera’s impactful work, this collection features stunning photographs depicting the daily lives, traditions, and educational journeys of students in the Highlands of Chiapas.
2. Art Exhibition: Featuring works by Luis Gustavo, a Chamula Alumnus of our Emprende program, this section celebrates the artistic talent nurtured through our educational initiatives.
3. Loxa VR Video: Offering a glimpse into Loxa’s daily life, this 360 video provides an immersive experience that brings the community and culture to life.
